Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier operations. For most European destinations, delivery usually takes between 5 and 15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available.
Shipping Costs

Incorrect Address Information
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. GLORE is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal care items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, certain personal care and beauty items may not be returned once opened or used.
